Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  3. Dessicated coconut 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon
  4. Green cardmom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped fruits 1/2 cup


  1. Heat 1/2 litre milk in nonstick hollow pan and stir after every one mintue.
  2. Stir the milk continuously till it is reduced to 1/4th.
  3. Add 1/2 cup dessicated coconut and mix gently.
  4. Lower the gas flame and mix gently to avoid the formation of lumps.
  5. Add condensed milk and stir regularly.
  6. When the mixture turns dry, add cardmom powder and mix.
  7. Spread this mixture into the greased mould or tray and top it up with chopped fresh fruits evenly.
  8. Lastly spread 2 tablespoon dessicated coconut evenly, lightly press the fruits, refrigerate for 2 hours, cut and serve.
