ABOUT Paalu Munjilu/ Milk Dumplings RECIPE

A traditional recipe from my mom's bag of recipes made of arrowroot powder. It is a starch extracted from arrow root plant with many health benefits. Ideal to beat the scorching heat of summer, its called Paalu Munjilu due to its resemblence to the pulp extracted from the toddy palm fruit (Taathi Munjilu).
