Cut bread slices into small pieces.
Roast peanuts.
Take a wok and heat oil. Add mustard seeds and when it splutters add curry leaves and onions. Saute till it turns golden brown.
Add tomato, green chillies and stir fry it.
Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, mango powder, salt, red chilli powder and stir it.
Add bread pieces, toss it well and sprinkle few drops of water on bread so that it becomes moist and mixes easily with the masala.
When bread pieces are coated evenly, add lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
