Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 litres Milk
  2. Some threads of Kesar
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. 1/2 kg Mini rasgullas
  5. Some drops of Rose water

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan. Simmer.
  2. Add kesar to the milk.
  3. Add sugar to the milk.
  4. Boil till the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Now keep the mixture aside to cool it down. Once the mixture reaches room temperature, add the mini rasgullas to it.
  6. Garnish with dry fruits and chill.
  7. Serve.
