Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 10 grams agar agar soaked in little water for 10 minutes
  3. 7 tablespoon sugar
  4. 2 mangoes ( mango pulp)

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan and add soaked agar agar.
  2. Boil it in slow flame till it melts in water. Agar Agar powder can be used instead of strips.
  3. In another pan boil milk for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add half quantity of soaked agar agar mixture in the boiled milk and stir.
  5. Mix well and add 5 tablespoon of sugar and cook it for 5 minutes stirring continously.
  6. Switch off the flame and pour the milk in the serving dish or bowl.
  7. Any bowls or small cups or silicon moulds can be used.
  8. Cool the pudding in the refrigerator until it sets.
  9. In another pan add mango pulp and switch on the flame.
  10. Add 2 tablespoon sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Add the remaining half mixture of agar agar in the mango pulp and cook it for few minutes.
  12. Remove the milk pudding from the refrigerator.
  13. Pour the mango mixture on the milk pudding and keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  14. Now turn the pudding and cut into pieces and serve.
