Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup chenna
  2. 1/3 cup milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. pista for decoration

Instructions

  1. First mix milk and milk powder together.
  2. Then take a deep pan and pour the above mix and put it on flame.
  3. Stir continuously until the milk get thicker.
  4. Add chenna into it and again stir well.
  5. Add elaichi powder, sugar and stir continuously for more two minutes.
  6. When the milk becomes thicker, switch off the gas.
  7. Pour this mix on a greased plate and decorate with pista.
  8. Cool it and cut in the desired shapes.
