Creamy Pasta

Ingredients to make Creamy Pasta

  • 2 cups spiral pasta
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 2 fine chooped tomatoes
  • 1cup malai (fresh cream )
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon white mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper or red chilly powder as per your choice
  • Some pieces of black olives and jalapeno
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • water

How to make Creamy Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta with salt and one tablespoon of oil till it becomes soft.
  2. Take a wok, put oil and saute the onion, carrot and capsicum.
  3. Take a bowl add milk, malai, soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise and mix well till the pasta sauce is ready.
  4. Mix the sauce with the vegetables and boiled pasta. Add olives and jalapeno along with black pepper and toss.
  5. Your creamy pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with some mint leaves.

My Tip:

Cheese is optional.
