Lapsi and Milk based dessert

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Lapsi 1 cup
  2. Milk 3/4 litre
  3. Rawa 2 tablespoon (tawa roasted)
  4. jaggery 1/4 cup
  5. Pure ghee 2 tablespoon
  6. raisins 20 to 25
  7. Sliced mixed nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take the lapsi, add milk and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  2. Let the pressure of the cooker settle down.
  3. Dry roast rawa and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan, add ghee, jaggery and keep the stove on a low flame.
  5. Adjust the jaggery according to your taste.
  6. When the jaggery melts, add the raisins and the rawa.
  7. Now add the lapsi that was pressure cooked.
  8. Mix well and cook till ghee separates. Serve hot garnished with sliced nuts.
