Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1cup
  2. Onion 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  3. Garlic clove 2, finely chopped
  4. Carrot 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  5. Green peas 1/4 cup
  6. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  7. sweetcorn 1/4 cup
  8. Pineapple 1/4 cup
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Oil 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take oats in a pan, roast it for a few minutes, then take it out on a plate.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, cook for a minute, add all other vegetables, pineapple, mix well and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Then add 1 cup of water, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and oats.
  4. Cook for 5-8 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves.
