  4. 4 te.sp ginger garlic green chili pest
  5. 5 te.sp suger
  6. 4 t.sp red pest
  7. 2 t.sp. oregano
  8. 2 t.sp chilli fleck
  9. 2 packet eno
  10. 1 t.sp baking powder
  11. 2 tab sp curd
  12. 3 t.sp safed till
  13. 4 t.sp.oil
  14. 1 t.sp. mustered seed (rai)
  15. Kari patta
  16. 2_3 sukghi lal mirch
  17. Salt per test

Instructions

  1. Sabse pahle jo humne chawal o dal grind kiya hai2 cup uska mixture le kar usme curd or aavashyakata anushar paani daal kar bhiga denge
  2. Furmention k liye rakh denge
  3. Furmention hone k baad usme 2 cup mix flour add kar acche se mix kar lenge
  4. Ab ek kadai me oil garam kar k usme kari patta, rai, sukhi lal mirch or safed til dal kar baghar taiyar kare
  5. Is baghar ko better me dal de
  6. (ENO K ALAVA) baaki sabhi samagri ko better me daal kar acche se mix kare
  7. Cake tin ko grease kar dusting kar pre heat karne rakhe
  8. Pre heat hone per better me eno dal kar acche se mix kar 180°per bake karne rakhe
