Hello Everyone Aja mene banaya he MASALA BESAN & PARATH 50gm Besan 2 Hari mirch 7/8 lahsun (Garlic) Chota tukada Gingar 2 Long(Clove) Dachini ka tukada(Cinnamon) Some oil,Kathipatta & Chutaki bhar Jira Lemon juice. Paratha ke liye Apa chahe utana Gehu ka Atta Ghee,Namak& Water. Aur paratha sik ne ke liye oil. Ek bowl me besan liya usame pani milake patala ghol banaya. Ab Ek pan me oil garam kiya usame jira bhun liya ab barik kata huva onion ko halaka pink hone tak sik liya & pisa huva hari mirch,lahsun & adrakh ka pest bhun liya ab dachini, long ka powder ,haldi ,chutaki bhar garam masala,namak & kadhipatta milake achhe se mix kar diya ab usame besan ka patala ghol milake acche se pakane diya.pakane ke bad thoda sa nimbu ka ras miladiya. Ho gaya masala besan taiyar. Parathe ke liye Ek bowl me Gehu ka atta liya usame namak aur ghee dalke mix kiya aur pani milake atta lagaya. Aur roti bel ke puri roti pe ghee lagake thoda sa atta chhidaka aur adha fold kiya fir se ghee lagake atta chhidaka aur fold kiya to triangle shape ho gaya usi shape me bel ke achhe se sek liya ho gaya paratha taiyar.
