Suji cutlets are easy to make and are perfect for snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji 200 grams
  2. Finely Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
  4. Green Chillies 1
  5. Finely Carrot 1/2 cup
  6. Finely Chopped cabbage 1/4 cup
  7. Red chilli powder 1/4 tspn
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water 1 1/2 Cup
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and heat little oil. Add cumin seeds and when it splutters add chopped vegetables. Add salt, red chilli powder.
  2. Add suji after few seconds. Saute it.
  3. Add water. When the mixture becomes soft dough like add chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Take it out and allow to cool a little.
  5. Spread suji mixture on a flat surface and cut it in desired shape.
  6. Heat oil for frying, shape the cutlets in the desired shape and deep fry it or shallow fry.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce.
