  1. Yellow moogdal 2cups
  2. All purpose flour
  3. Jeera 1tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. oil
  6. Garam Masala
  7. Chatmasala
  8. Red Chillie powder
  9. Curd

Instructions

  1. 1.Make dough of wheat atta putting salt ,red chillie powder Oil,and required water keep it aside. 2.Boil dal in a pain remove white foam formed add salt hing and turmeric powder . 2.After dal is cooked drain excess water from it and cool it. 3.Put jeera,red chilli powder,garam masala ,chat masala,in it
  2. 4.Now stuff dal in wheat atta and make a Paratha cook it in a tawa apply ghee or oil on it .
  3. Ready to serve dal parotha
