Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 boiled raw banana
  2. 1 cup fresh bread crumb
  3. 1/2 cup onion
  4. 1/4 cup tomato
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. coriander leaves
  8. salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. haldi
  11. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  12. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  14. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  15. 1/2 teaspoon saunf powder
  16. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  17. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Boil the banana and then mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add bread crumbs and all the vegetables.
  3. And all the spices, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well and combine to form a dough.
  5. Make cutlets in desired shapes.
  6. Take a pan and shallow fry all of them.
  7. Serve with sauce.
