Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. potato 2
  2. tomato 2
  3. capsicum 1
  4. Hung curd 3 tablespoon
  5. salt to taste
  6. Garam masala 2 teaspoon
  7. red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Kasuri methi
  9. cashew nut paste 2 tablespoon
  10. ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  11. coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  12. cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Milk 1 cup
  14. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
  15. butter 2 tablespoon
  16. Bamboo sticks 4
  17. coriander leaves
  18. cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon


  1. Take potatoes peel it and cut in to cubes, then cook in boiling water with little salt. Take capsicum, 1 tomato and 1 onion cut in to big pieces or cubes.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, kasuri methi and salt to taste. Mix well.
  3. Then add cooked potato, capsicum, tomato and onion. Mix till curd mixture gets coated well to vegetables, then rest it for 30 minutes.
  4. Take bamboo sticks, skewer the vegetables to it and cook on griddle with little oil.
  5. Heat butter in pan, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and onion. Fry till onion become turns light brown.
  6. Then add chopped tomato fry, cashew paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Fry.
  7. Now add milk, fresh cream and cooked vegetables. Mix well and cook for a minute. Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
