Strawberry Sandesh in White Chocolate Shells.

ABOUT Strawberry Sandesh in White Chocolate Shells. RECIPE

Snadesh a very famous Bengali dessert presenting in a new way. Sandesh and chocolates both are tremendously liked by the people so sharing a fusion of both. White chocolate hard shell when bitten the soft sandesh just melts in the mouth. The combo is just amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 kilogram paneer
  2. 250 grams condensed milk
  3. 2 tablespoon milk powder
  4. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. According to the sweetness you like
  5. 1 tablespoon refined flour i.e maida
  6. 1 cup strawberry puree
  7. 1 teaspoon strawberry essence
  8. 1 cup grated white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a blender add grated paneer, condensed milk, milk powder, refined flour and strawberry puree, strawberry essence and now churn the mixture into a fine paste.
  2. Check for the sweetness. If you feel it to be less add some powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Take a non stick pan and transfer the entire mixture.
  4. Cook the mixture on a medium flame and stir continously.
  5. Cook till the mixture becomes dry enough that it can be made into balls.
  6. Keep them aside.
  7. Meanwhile melt the white chocolate in the microwave for about a minute.
  8. Take a chocolate tray pour the melted white chocolate, roll it and remove the excess.
  9. Keep in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the fridge place the sandesh in it. Cover the sandesh with the remaining chocolate.
  11. Again refrigerate it for about 15 minutes now.
  12. Demold it.
  13. You have the delicious strawberry sandesh hidden in the white chocolate shells.
  14. A different variety of home made chocolate from the usual nutty ones. A different flavor of sandesh. A different combination of flavors that melts in your mouth. Simply awesome!
  15. Refer the picture for plating.
  16. You can plate according to your choice.
