Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Crumbled paneer 200 grams
  2. Tomato 1 Large
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. Green Chillies 1
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Oil 2 teaspoon
  11. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak paneer in warm water for 5 minutes before crumbling it. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds and when it splutters add chopped onions and green chillies. Stir fry it.
  2. When onions turn translucent add tomatoes and fry.
  3. Next add crumbled paneer, salt and all the spices.
  4. Stir it so that everything mixes well. Cook and stir occasionally for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and your paneer bhurji is ready.
