ABOUT Rose Coconut Fudge RECIPE

A small bite of this rich fudge is all you need to satisfy a sweet tooth! Only 5 ingredients and super easy!

Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. Condensed Milk 400 grams
  2. Desiccated coconut 350 grams
  3. Powdered sugar 350 grams
  4. Rose water few drops
  5. Pink Food coloring 3-4 drops
  6. Almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a tray/tin.
  2. Put the sugar and condensed milk in a mixing bowl and mix until combined over low heat.
  3. Add the desiccated coconut along with rose water and keep mixing until the mixture is well combined.
  4. When it all comes together, switch off the heat
  5. Add a few drops of food coloring and mix well to color evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin and make it smooth on top with a spatula.
  7. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  8. To serve, cut the coconut fudge into squares and garnish with almonds or cashews.
