Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs 4
  2. Tomatoes 3
  3. Onions 3
  4. Cumin powder 1tablespoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder 1tablespoon
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
  10. Sugar 1tablespoon
  11. Oil 3-4 tablespoon
  12. Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Add oil, onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt in a pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles on a low flame.
  2. In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, onion tomato gravy made in cooker and fry it on a low flame for two minutes.
  3. Add tamarind juice, sugar and boiled eggs to it and let it get on a lowland for 5 minutes.
  4. Your dish is ready. Have it with hot rice.
