Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 cup milk
  2. 4 tablespoon custard powder
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 3 tablespoon water
  5. 1 tablespoon South Indian coffee powder
  6. 4 slices sponge cake
  7. 4 tablespoon hung crud
  8. 3 tablespoon whipped cream
  9. cocoa powder for garnishing
  10. mint leaves or any fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. In sauce pan boil one cup milk.
  2. In bowl take half cup of cold milk and mix custard powder.
  3. Now pour this custard mixture in boiling milk and mix well.
  4. Add sugar and mix well,off the gas and keep aside and allow to cool.
  5. Now take water in sauce pan and heat water. Add coffee powder and mix well.
  6. Now switch off the gas and keep aside and allow to cool.
  7. Now cut sponge with the help of cookies cuter according to size of your serving bowl or glass one small piece for bottom and another big for upper layer.
  8. In mixing bowl take hung curd, whipped cream, and cooled custard mixture and mix well.
  9. Now take pipping bag and pour ready hung curd mixture in pipping bag and keep aside.
  10. Now take your serving glass and place small piece of cake slices in the bottom of glass and press with figure tips.
  11. Now pour ready coffee mixture with the help of spoon on bottom cake slice so that cake slice gets soaked nicely.
  12. Now make second layer of Tiramisu with hung curd mixer with the help of pipping bag and tap the glass.
  13. Now take big slices of cake and soaked in remaining coffee mixture and put in a plate for few seconds so that extra coffee mixer will be drained.
  14. Now place this soaked slice of cake in ready glass and press it this is third layer of Tiramisu.
  15. Now for fourth layer again pour mixture of hung curd mixture with the help of pipping bag.
  16. Now dust cocoa powder.
  17. Garnish with mint leaves.
  18. Enjoy yummy Tiramisu.
