ABOUT Umali Recipe - Arabic Bread Pudding RECIPE

This recipe is an adaptation of the traditional Arabian sweet - Umali. Umali is a healthy and rich dessert containing phyllo dough or puff pastry, milk and nuts. Here I have used store bought puffed mini croissants. If you want, you can make your own puff pastry, cut it into pieces and use them. The sweet condensed milk adds to the richness and makes it flavorful. Suitable for all occasions and less effort to make, this dessert is ludicrously delicious and irresistible
