ABOUT Stuffed Mooli Parantha RECIPE

White mooli ( Radish) is rich in vitamin c, dietary fibers. It helps to boost our immune system, helpful for diabetic and jaundice patients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Long grated radish with radish leaves 1
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Wheat flour 3 cups
  5. Red chilli powder as per need or according to spiciness
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. First grate radish with chopped fine radish leaves. Pour salt in that.
  2. The salt leaves water so we have to squeeze the radish. Put the squeezed water aside in bowl.
  3. Make dough using wheat flour and the salty water( squeezed) kept aside.
  4. In the squeezed radish, add besan and all spices.
  5. Now prepare small roti. Fill small amount of radish masala in that.
  6. After stuffing we roll it into bigger size. Put on the griddle or pan for roasting.
  7. Put 1 teaspoon oil over in pan.
  8. Our masala stuffed parantha is ready for taste with pickle.
