ABOUT Custard Pudding RECIPE

My innovation that is something different: A custard pudding made with gulab jamun and biscuits.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. MIlk 2 cup
  2. Gulab jamun 4-6
  3. Nutrilite biscuit 4-5
  4. Custard powder 8 teaspoon
  5. Sugar 8 teaspoon
  6. Apple peeled and chopped 1
  7. Chikoo peeled and chopped 1
  8. Orange segments 1
  9. Pomegranate and pears 1 each
  10. Cashewnuts 8-10
  11. Raisins 10
  12. Whipped cream for garnishing as required

Instructions

  1. Boil milk. Add custard powder in a tablespoon of milk in a small cup and mix well.
  2. Now as the milk starts boiling, add custard powder and sugar in the milk and heat it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now let the custard cool, firstly at room temperature and then in refrigerator.
  4. Now add fruits, raisins and cahewnut and mix properly.
  5. Now take a serving bowl or a glass and put a layer of crushed biscuit.
  6. Then pour some custard.
  7. Then cut gulab jamun in round pieces and put them into the bowl.
  8. Repeat the same process again.
  9. And at last pipe some whipped cream and garnish with gulab jamun.
  10. Delicious custard pudding is ready.
