ABOUT Nutrious ragi pudding RECIPE

As ragi is very nutrious ..but kids refuse to eat...so ragi pudding tastes like pudding which is eaten by kids happily...good for diabetic ...infants ..patients

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1cup ragi
  3. 1/2 cup jaggery
  4. 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. Gems ..chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Take ragi
  2. Soak in water at night
  3. Grind it...remove milk using muslin cloth
  4. Add both milks in kadai
  5. Stir till paste
  6. Add sugar jaggery
  7. Once it leaves side
  8. Put it in plate
  9. Decorate with grid chocolate chips
