ABOUT Semolina kheer RECIPE

Semolina (sooji) is ideal for those who wish to lose weight or those who have blood sugar problems.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup sooji
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 liter milk
  4. 2 tablespoon coconut powder
  5. 1/2 cup ghee(clarified butter )

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in the pan.
  2. Add sooji.
  3. Roast for 4-5 minutes till sooji changes it's colour.
  4. Add milk, sugar and coconut powder. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Semolina kheer is ready. Garnish with some almonds.
