Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Half pineapple crush
  2. Chopped dry fruit
  3. One kilogram sugar
  4. One and half lemon
  5. Three litre Cow milk


  1. Take a pan and add milk, stir on gas.
  2. Switch off the gas after 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze one and half of lemon in it and stir.
  4. Paneer is seperated now and remove extra water by squeezing in a cloth.
  5. In one vessel add above prepared paneer and add pineapple crush in it.
  6. Mix well and make round balls of it.
  7. In another vessel add 250 grams sugar and water and boil for 15 minutes.
  8. Take balls and add in above mixture. Rasgullas are done.
  9. For rabdi take milk, add sugar, stir till it gets thick consistency.
  10. when the milk becomes thick the Rabdi is done. Add rasgullas and garnish with dry fruits and saffron. Serve.
