Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 litres milk
  2. I small bowl of sugar can add more or less according to your choice
  3. 25 pistas
  4. 2 teaspoon kesar
  5. 2 teaspoon cardamon powder

Instructions

  1. Take a thick pan and heat the milk on a low flame till it reduces to half.
  2. Add saffron, pistas and sugar. Stir it well and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool it completely and put it in kulfi moldings.
  4. Freeze it for 8 hours.
  5. Remove from fridge after 8 hours, rub the moldings with palms and remove it on a plate.
  6. Garnish with pistas and serve.
