Mango Panna Cotta is a classic among mango dessert recipes. The tropical flavor of ripe mangoes pair beautifully with soft and creamy Panna.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. mango Juice 1 cup
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh cream 1 cup
  4. Agar agar (veg) 10 grams
  5. sugar 1/3 cup
  6. Vanilla essence few drops
  7. mango slices


  1. Soak agar agar in 2 teaspoon of water.
  2. Grind the slices of mango pieces, than add mango juice and mix it.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon water in a pan and add agar agar to it. Boil till agar agar dissolves.
  4. Add 1/2 part of agar agar to mango mixture.
  5. Set mango mixture in serving glass in fridge for around 30-40 minutes.
  6. Now take another pan, add milk and agar agar till milk gets boiled.
  7. Now add fresh cream and few drops of vanilla essence to it.
  8. Now fill cream into a piping cone.
  9. Take out the mango mixture glass from fridge.
  10. Now fill the remaining glass with cream.
  11. Again keep the glass in fridge to let the cream set.
  12. Panna cotta is ready.
  13. Garnish with leftover mango pieces and serve it chilled.
