ABOUT Kesariya Masala Doodh RECIPE

Mildly flavoured spiced milk with goodness of healthy dry fruits with cardamom and saffron.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole milk 1/2 litre
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Saffron strands 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cardamom powder 1/4th teaspoon
  5. Mix dry fruits chopped 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take milk and sugar.
  2. Mix dry fruits of your choice.
  3. Boil milk and sugar on slow gas and stir it consistently.
  4. Add saffron strands, cardamom powder and finely chopped mixed dry fruits.
  5. Boil milk till it thickens.
  6. Serve hot or cold as it tastes equally delicious. Garnish with some more dry fruits and serve in bowl or glass.
