ABOUT Masala Puri RECIPE

Puris are popular breakfast dish of Northern India, preferably served with Aloo ki sabji.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Besan 3 tablespoon
  3. suji 1 tablespoon
  4. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil 1 tablespoon hot
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except oil for frying and form a firm dough with warm water.
  2. Cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Take a lemon sized ball and roll the puri.
  4. Deep fry on medium flame.
  5. Serve with vegetable of your choice.
