Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Sugar 1-1/2 cup (depends on sweetness)
  3. Almond, pistachio flakes 2 teaspoon
  4. Cardamom powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Mango pulp 3 tablespoon
  6. Chop apple, banana, pomegranate, grapes. It depends on how thick you prefer.
  7. Custard powder (vanilla) 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First warm the milk. Take the small bowl, pour custard powder with the small amount of warm milk and stir well by spoon.
  2. Now slowly add that above custard milk in the warm milk and add sugar. Stir well upto boiling.
  3. After that allow the milk to cool in refrigerator. Then add mango pulp. Stir well.
  4. After chilling we add the chopped fruits.
  5. Now garnish this custard with dry fruit flakes and cardamom powder.
