ABOUT Bhute (corn) ki Kheer RECIPE

With few ingredients, corn, milk and sugar with dry fruits of your choice it is fabulous and a tasty kheer.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. fresh corn kernels-1cup
  2. milk-3 cup
  3. sugar-1/2 cup
  4. cardamon-1/4 teaspoon
  5. almond cashewnut pistachio

Instructions

  1. Boil corn kernels till tender.
  2. Grind with 2 tablespoons milk till semi smooth.
  3. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes on slow fire.
  5. Add corn and sugar, after five minutes add saffron and cardamon powder.
  6. Simmer it till milk reduces to half.
  7. Add almond or any dry fruit you like.
  8. Serve hot or chilled garnished with almond.
