Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

Ingredients to make Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

  • fresh corn kernels-1cup
  • milk-3 cup
  • sugar-1/2 cup
  • cardamon-1/4 teaspoon
  • almond cashewnut pistachio

How to make Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

  1. Boil corn kernels till tender.
  2. Grind with 2 tablespoons milk till semi smooth.
  3. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes on slow fire.
  5. Add corn and sugar, after five minutes add saffron and cardamon powder.
  6. Simmer it till milk reduces to half.
  7. Add almond or any dry fruit you like.
  8. Serve hot or chilled garnished with almond.

My Tip:

I added more milk as it gives a fabulous taste.
