Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For kalakand:
  2. 2 cups greated paneer
  3. 1 1/2 cup milk powder
  4. 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
  5. 3/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  7. For mango Rabdi:
  8. 1 cup mango pieces
  9. 1 cup cashew
  10. 4 bread slices
  11. 3 tablespoon sugar
  12. 3/4 cup milk
  13. For pista rabdi:
  14. 1/2 cup milk
  15. 3 bread slices
  16. 4 tablespoon sugar
  17. 1/2 cup cashew
  18. 1 teaspoon pista emulsion
  19. For garnishing:
  20. 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  21. some dry fruits

Instructions

  1. How to make Kalakand?
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the cardamon powder, in a deep non stick pan and mix well.
  3. Cook on a medium flam till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, while stirring continuously and scraping the sides of the pan.
  4. Remove from the flame, add the cardamon powder and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture immediately into a greased plate and spread it evenly.
  6. Here I gave peda shape.
  7. Keep aside to cool and set for 3 hours.
  8. How to make mango rabdi???
  9. Take cashew, bread slice, sugar and add little milk and grind all ingredients.
  10. Than add mango pieces and milk again and grind it.
  11. Remove this mixture in a bowl.
  12. Instant Mango rabdi is ready.
  13. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  14. How to make pista rabdi?
  15. Take cashew, bread, sugar and little milk and grind all ingredients.
  16. Than add pista emulsion, milk and again grind it.
  17. Remove this mixture in a bowl.
  18. Your instant pista rabdi is ready.
  19. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  20. How to serve?
  21. In a serving bowl add kalakand, than pour mango rabdi and pista rabdi.
  22. Garnish with fry fruits and desiccated coconut.
  23. Enjoy!
