Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Water - 500 millilitre
  2. Dry milk powder - 10 teaspoon
  3. Sugar - 3 teaspoon
  4. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  5. Milk cream (brie) - 2 tablespoon
  6. For garnishing:
  7. Pista flakes
  8. Black raisins

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan mix dry milk powder and 500 millilitre water and boil for half hour over medium heat.
  2. Keep stirring the milk for every 5 minutes, so that the milk does not get burned at the bottom of the pan.
  3. Reduce the milk to about 50 millilitre.
  4. The color of the milk may become off-white. It will be in thick consistency.
  5. Then add the milk cream (brie), sugar and ghee. Keep stirring the mixture continuously.
  6. Transfer it into a serving plate. Cut into desire shapes. Garnish it with the pista flakes and black raisins.
