Ingredients: 3/4 cup Unsalted butter; 3/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips or cooking chocolate; 2 tsp Instant coffee powder; 1 cup All purpose flour; 1 cup Granulated sugar; 2 Large eggs; 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence; 2 tbsp Cocoa powder; 1/2 tsp Baking powder; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

ABOUT Mocha Brownies RECIPE

Combination of chocolate and coffee which is out of this world. The smell which spreads around the home while baking anything with this combo is really amazing!!!!!!! My all time fav combo.

Ingredients Serving: 4

3/4 cup Unsalted butter
3/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips or cooking chocolate
2 tsp Instant coffee powder
1 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

Double boil the chocolate chips,butter and instant coffee till the chocolate and butter melts well.Allow it to cool.Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt. In a bowl pour the chocolate and butter mixture.
Add eggs one by one and beat after each addition with a balloon whisk. Add the sugar and mix well.Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Now add the flour mixture and mix well. Now mix the walnuts into this batter.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 15 mins. Grease a square baking tin and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter to the tin. Bake at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 mins.
When tested with a tooth pick there should be some crumbs of the brownies on it. Cool it and serve with vanilla ice cream or as it is. Enjoy the brownies!!!!!!!
