Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Washed Moong Dal 200 grams
  2. Hing a pinch
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  5. Spring onions 3 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Ginger 1 inch
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours.
  2. After that rinse and drain dal. Take a mixer grinder, put dal, green chillies, hing and ginger. Make a smooth paste. Add water as required.
  3. Take out mixture and add salt, cumin seeds, spring onions and chopped coriander. Mix well. Make small rounds or balls of the mixture.
  4. Deep fry the round balls or mangodas.
