Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida- 100 grams
  2. Condensed milk-200 grams
  3. Butter 75 grams
  4. Baking powder-1 teaspoon
  5. Salt- a pinch
  6. For icing:
  7. Whipped cream 50 grams
  8. Mix fruit jam- 1/2 cup
  9. Crushed pista - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Seive maida, baking soda, baking powder together 3 times.
  2. Beat condensed milk and butter till fluffy.
  3. Mix maida in this batter gradually and add milk if needed.
  4. Add 1/4 cup in this batter.
  5. Pour this batter in greased tin.
  6. Bake in preheated cooker or preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until baked well.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  8. Time for icing.
  9. Mix cream, milk and cream well.
  10. Cut the cake in to three or four layers with sharp knife.
  11. Spread fruit jam on first layer.
  12. Put second layer on it.
  13. Spread cream on second layer.
  14. Now time for third and fourth layer.
  15. Repeat the same process.
  16. Keep the cake in fridge for some time.
  17. After some time remove cake from fridge.
  18. Now cover all the four layers with cream again.
  19. Garnish with remaining crushed pista.
  20. Your cake is ready.
