Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted semolina- 1+1/2cup
  2. Curd-1cup
  3. Salt-according to taste
  4. Cashew roasted -5-7
  5. Mustard seeds -tsp
  6. Oil -2tablespoon
  7. Eno-1pouch
  8. Grated carrot-1/2 cup
  9. Black gram- 1teaspn
  10. Curry leaves-5-10

Instructions

  1. 1 in a bowl mix curd n semolina together ...make sure no lumps create ..n keep aside for 10-15 minute
  2. Add water if required to make a smooth batter
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a tadka pan add mustard ,Curry leaves black gram crackle them then add kashew n saute till get golden & add into the semolina mixture
  4. Now add some carrot n coriander leaves n mix well
  5. add eno keep it for 5 minutes
  6. Meanwhile boil water in to a vessel for steam
  7. Grease the idli stand with oil pour d idli batter in it n keep it in steaming vessel to cook
  8. Cover wid lid n cook for 10-15minute on medium heat Remove the lid n check by inserting the knife in cooked idli if it cames out smoothly mns it's ready n cooked nicely
  9. Allow to cool then transfer in to a serving plate n serve wid coconut chatni
