Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. curd made out of full fat cream
  2. golgappas/panipuri ka puris
  3. boiled and mashed potatoes
  4. sprouts I took here mix sprouts
  5. ingredients for corriander chutney ...
  6. Fresh corriander
  7. Salt
  8. 1tsp of peanuts
  9. Lemon juice
  10. greenchilli 1-2
  11. ingredients for sweet tamarind chutney
  12. tamarind and dates equally soaked in water
  13. Salt to taste
  14. jaggery as per sweetness
  15. Red chili powder
  16. Rock salt
  17. Roasted Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. preparation of green chutney
  2. in mixer jar add corriander leaves
  3. add greenchilli
  4. add peanuts
  5. add salt
  6. add lemon juice
  7. grind it to paste
  8. preparing of sweet tamarind chutney
  9. keep soaked tamarind for boiling
  10. or you can pressure cooker it taking 2-3 whistle
  11. as it cools seive it
  12. add red chili powder
  13. add salt and rock salt
  14. add cumin powder
  15. mix it and use
  16. preparing of Dahi puri-----
  17. whisk curd
  18. add sugar and salt
  19. make hole in puri in middle
  20. stuff sprouts and potatoes in that
  21. add chopped onion and tomato
  22. pour both the chutney as per your taste
  23. sprinkle nylon bhel sev and chopped corriander leaves
  24. serve it with love
