Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 Puff pastry sheets
  2. ½ liter Milk
  3. 1 tin Puck cream or heavy cream
  4. ĵ cup butter
  5. 1 tin Condensed milk or sugar as per taste
  6. ½ tsp cinnamon powder or vanilla essence
  7. ĵ cup raisins
  8. ĵ cup almonds chopped
  9. ĵ cup pistachios chopped
  10. 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut


  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake the puff pastry sheets for 20 minutes till puffed up and crispy.
  2. Grease a bake tin. Tear the puff sheets and put in the bake tin. Now in a sauce pan mix milk, cream, butter and essence or cinnamon powder and bring it to a boil. Pour this milk over the puff sheets.
  3. Sprinkle the raisins, nuts and desiccated coconut over it. Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
