Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. sooji 1 cup
  2. Chaaj 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  4. onion 1 large
  5. Grated Brocolli 1/4 cup
  6. English carrot 1/4 cup
  7. oil 1 tsp
  8. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take rawa, salt and chaaj in a bowl and mix well
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture untill its watery enough like you make it for dosa. Keep it aside for 20 mins.
  3. Add all the vegetables and mix well.
  4. After 20 mins check the consistency of the batter as sooji absorbs water. Add water if required.
  5. Take a non stick pan spread the oil using a brush. And pour the batter on it.
  6. Cook it from both sides till brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
