Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peeled and diced lotus stem/Kamalkakdi- 1cup
  2. Chana dal- 1/2 cup
  3. Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic- 8-10
  5. Red chilli-2-3
  6. Cinnamon- 1 stick
  7. Black pepper corn-4-5
  8. clove- 2
  9. Tejpatta- 3
  10. ginger- 1 small piece
  11. Salt - according to taste
  12. Refined oil -2 tablespoon
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients except oil in the pressure cooker. Cook the stem until soft and tender.
  2. After 3-4 whistle of the pressure cooker.,put off the flame and when the pressure releases open the lid and let it cool
  3. In a food processor grind the mixture and shape it like a cutlet.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the kebab until crispy and brown.
  5. Serve hot.
