Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oreo - 6 pcs
  2. Rabri-300 ml
  3. Milk full cream-20 ml
  4. Sugar - 30 gms
  5. Agar agar - 10 gms

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan. Add sugar and stir untill it is dissolved.
  2. Add agar agar slowly and keep stirring to avoid lumps Once the agar agar is dissolved add rabri . Let it boil for 3-4 minutes
  3. Now cover the mould from from 1 side using cling wrap or aluminum foil. Add Oreo biscuit then rabri and repeat the process.
  4. There should be 2 layers of oreo. Let it set for an hour Serve chilled with the garnish of oreos on top and chilled rabri
