I change a japneese shushi recipe with fusion recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/3 c rice
  2. 1 c water
  3. 1/3 c milk
  4. 2 spoon mango puree
  5. fruits( mango, apple n pomegranate)
  6. 6 tsp sugar
  7. pista n almond for decoration

Instructions

  1. First wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
  2. now add water n sugar.
  3. cook rice over cook.
  4. now add milk and cook.
  5. the mixture should be thick.
  6. now cool it.
  7. now add mango puree in it.
  8. now decorate plate.
  9. chop the fruits.
  10. now grease the donut mould.
  11. now press mixture in the mould.
  12. arrange fruits over it.
  13. again make a layer of rice mixture n fruits.
  14. keep in fridge for some time.
