Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 2 ltr.
  2. sweet mango 1
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Kesar (soak in warm milk) 1 cup
  5. PISTACHIO 1 tbsp
  6. Almons chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil milk for 20 min
  2. Stir continuesly
  3. When milk is boil malai comes out then side malai in kadai&again stir it
  4. Add sugar &kesar syrup
  5. Add crushed mango
  6. Keep it cool
  7. See
  8. Add pistachio & almonds :smiley:
  9. Yummy Mango lachha ready :grin:
