Chicken Albondigas

Ingredients to make Chicken Albondigas

  • For balls.......
  • 1 cup chicken keema
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tb parsley or coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • salt
  • oil for frying
  • For sauce......
  • 1 onion Fine chopped
  • 1/2 cup ( yellow,red,green bellpeper) chopped
  • salt
  • 1/2 blackpeeper powder
  • 1/2 thyme
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Chicken Albondigas

  1. In mixing bowl take chicken keema
  2. Add salt, Black peeper powder, parsley,thyme,egg white,bread crumbs and mix well
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry small small balls from ready keema mixture
  4. Keep aside in a plate
  5. In pan heat oil and add onion saute for few seconds
  6. Add bell peppers mix well
  7. Add salt, black pepper powder,thyme and mix
  8. Add tomato sauce and tomato puree and mix well
  9. Cook for two minutes
  10. Serve ready keema balls with ready sauce ...
