Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 kg
  2. Suger 1 cup
  3. Custard Powder 3tablespoon
  4. Vanilla essence 4drops
  5. Fruits as -some banana ,gavava,kivi , strawberry ,,grapes pomegranate

Instructions

  1. 1.firstly boil the milk .
  2. 2.then mix custard powder with 1 bowl water .
  3. 3.then add in boiled milk
  4. 4.then add suger ..
  5. 5.add essence .
  6. 6.mix well ,nd off the gas.
  7. 7.after cooling take it in freezer
  8. 8.chopped all fruits
  9. 9.now add in custard.
  10. 10.serve in glass ..
  11. 11.serve cool cool ..
