ABOUT Chunky Guacamole ! RECIPE

Guacamole is a avacado based dip, spread or salad developed by Aztecs now called New Mexico.Guacamole is simple, tasty, quick and easy to make dip for crunchy nachos. This is incredibly tasty and perfect for summers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 : large Avacado
8 to 10 : Cherry tomato
1 tsp : Fresh lime/lemon juice
1/2 tsp : salt
1 tsp : Ground white pepper
1 clove : garlic minced
1/4 cup : Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp : Cilantro, finely chopped
Tortilla chips, as desired

Instructions

In a large bowl coarsely mash avocados using pastry blender or fork.
Stir in cherry tomato,garlic,onion,Cilantro into avocado mixture.
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
Lastly add the lime/lemon juice.Give it a good stir and Spoon into serving bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Chunky, sour and tasty Guacamole ready to devour.
