Very simple n delicious too

Ingredients Serving: 2

Ingredients for white sauce..
Maida 1¹/2 tsp
Milk 1cup
Butter 1¹/2 tsp
Ingredients for potato bites..
Potato boiledn mashed 3
1 katori krack jack biscuit powder
Salt to taste
Samber masala 1tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Chili flaks n oregano 1/2 tsp..

Instructions

Take a bowl.. Add boiled potato ,biscuit powder n all masalas in it.. Mix it well..
Then make a small balls..
Deep fry it on medium flame.. When it become golden brown its done..
Then take a pan .. Add butter in it..
When butter gets melted..add maida in it.. Mix it well.. After 1min..addmilk in it..
When it become thick.. Turn off the flame.. Add potato balls in it..
Put in into oven for 1min
Sprinkle chili flaks n oregano.. Its ready to eat..
