Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled channa daal 2 cups
  2. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped tomato 1 cup
  4. Ginger garlic chilly crushed 2 spoons
  5. Chilly powder 1 spoon
  6. Haldi powder 1 /2 spoon
  7. Garam Masala 1/2 spoon
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Maida 1 cup
  10. Roasted jeera 1 spoon
  11. Oil 2 spoos
  12. Ghee 1 spoon
  13. Garlic chuntny as per taste
  14. Green chuntny as per taste
  15. Imli kajoor chuntny as per taste
  16. Coriander leaves


  1. Take maida, jeera,oil and salt make dough.
  2. Now roll out mini puries n deep fry on slow flam till crispy.
  3. Now heat ghee in pan and add in jeera and onion. Once onions are done add in crushed ginger garlic and chilly.
  4. Now you can add in tomatoes and one tomatoes are soft add in salt,redchilly powder,haldi and garam masala.
  5. Cook till masals are cooked.
  6. Now add in chaana daal and adjust the consistency by adding water to it. And add in coriander and mix. Well.
  7. Your daal is ready.
  8. Now take daal in serving bowl add in green chuntny,red garlic chuntny and imli kajoor chuntny. Add in chopped onions and serve with mini pakwan.
